My fondant class is over but I really enjoyed it! I learned a lot and I think I got a little better each time I made a cake. This was my last cake and it's not finished. I wanted to add a few more flowers and clean up all the powdered sugar but when I got home last night the couch sounded a lot nicer then standing in the kitchen for another half hour to finish this cake. Especially since I didn't make this one for anyone, it was only going to be eaten or thrown away.
