Lots of good news and some bad...

First the good news....

Andrew got his mission call!! He is going to South Carolina, Columbia. He is really excited and is going to be a REALLY great missionary! We are going to miss him but I already can't wait for him to get home. He leaves July 1st. The funny thing is that my older brother Jeff actually lives about an hour away from his mission home. So we may have to make a little trip out to Jeff's house soon!!!
Also....Carter had his pictures taken! First we went to Kiddie Candid and the pictures turned out
ok but I will NEVER go back again. First of all the lady kept screaming in his face to get him to smile (3 month olds aren't usually into that) and the entire mall can walk by and watch you take the pictures. Then they only take about 10 pictures and make you chose 6 on the spot and they delete the rest. THEN if you want to keep any you have to give up your first born! Just kidding about that last part but seriously, they are so expensive! So I walked out of there disappointed and then the other day we went to Target. WAY better experience. The studio is behind closed doors so it's nice and quiet with no distractions. They are so much more personable and take about 50 shots, all of which you can keep. The lady holds the camera in her own hands so she can shoot from any angle and if you can find a coupon, which you always can on their website, you can get a great deal! We ordered $75 dollars worth of pictures and paid $30. Here is a small preview with more pictures to come!

More good news...
COLTON
DAVID LINDDQUIST
was born on March 25th. He was a bit stubborn getting here but he is SO cute and we are glad he is part of the family! Mike's side of the family has almost doubled in one year! All his brothers have had a kid in the last year, including him!

Now the bad news....
We had to get Utah plates on the car. We officially own the car and the Colorado registration was going to expire so we had to bite the bullet and change the plates. Now I have no way to distinguish my car from all the other Corolla's out there. We are now "one of them" and it's been really hard on me and her(meaning the car). But it has given us a new motivation to get out of Utah!! The sooner we do the sooner those plates go away!!

Bryan had a hard time changing to Utah plates too, but he has adapted. ;)
